Dining is a gourmet yet relaxed affair on the ’Après Tout’, and guests can be assured of the highest standards from Rory and Caroline. Using plenty of fresh, local produce and matched to the perfect Burgundian wines, ‘Cordon Bleu’ trained Caroline creates dishes to delight the eye and indulge the tastebuds.
