Tracey McKinstry developed her expertise as chef aboard the greatest sea-going yachts. Guests enjoy innovative and creative dishes prepared with the freshest local produce and seafood. Tracey says, "One of the joys of chefing aboard Golden Odyssey, as we travel through the countryside, is the availability of top quality ingredients direct from the producers and exploring the subtle variations in regional cuisine”.  Golden Odyssey’s chef has cooked upon some of the grandest yachts in the world, and for royalty. They offer haute cuisine prepared from the finest local ingredients or, with a wealth of experience and world travel, Tracey can prepare international dishes to suit the most exotic of tastes.  They are pleased to offer an excellent selection of fine wines from their well-stocked cellar and are also happy to source particular wines and vintages by arrangement.  The cuisine aboard Golden Odyssey can be tailored to meet the tastes and requirements of guests but the sample menus below give a taste of the dishes available.
