'Impressionniste'

Our barge trip was delightful, and an oasis of cool relaxation in the midst of the heat wave! I cannot say enough in praise of the crew and staff. They were so personable, friendly and helpful....every day in every way. The chef was fantastic and each meal a culinary delight; especially so as he explained everything we were about to enjoy, including the wonderful wines.

All in all, it was a fine trip with extremely interesting passengers, beautiful scenery, and a smooth journey in cool comfort.

Once again....my sincere thanks for an outstanding trip!

All members of your crew were exceptional. Roger Gronow is a great Captain and we very much enjoyed his company as we did also for Philippe and Louis (who prepared excellent meals). You also had very professional and attentive waitresses in Lauren and Anida.

Because we were so impressed with the trip I wanted to give you this Feed back. We also very much enjoyed the company of our fellow passengers - my wife's sister, Cynthia Scott and David and Susan Caples and their daughter Beth Anne and her friend Amanda.

Barging on the canal aboard L'Impressionniste in Burgundy was one of the most delightful vacations I have ever taken:) The crew, Neal, John, Pixie, Barbara, and Darren were so knowledgeable, professional, caring, and fun, providing us with a marvellous 6 days. The food, wine, and cheeses were superb....the accommodations most comfortable and of course the locale was idyllic! I couldn't be more enthusiastic in relating to friends here just how unique and memorable this adventure proved to be. And the Buttons were great travelling companions (honeymooners, no less:) Many thanks for the arrangements and Best Smiley Wishes.
