| Le Phénicien’s cruises focus on history, culture, nature, wildlife, gastronomy and wine. Her beautifully serene, light and spacious interior has mature palm plants in huge urns giving the open-plan saloon/dining room/bar area a feeling of classical elegance. The 9 identical suites on the lower deck are each furbished with colourful Provence-style fabrics and are generously proportioned, each with en suite private bathroom in white. The sundeck at the front of the boat is a great place to relax and watch the scenery glide by and the saloon has huge picture windows that also make this possible should the weather be less kind. This is the perfect barge for groups of 18 (or less) who wish to explore this fascinating region of France. Painting, art, history, wine, golf, cookery and nature are just some of the cruise themes that are available, in addition to the very popular ‘classic’ cruises which feature a little of everything.
