    The Luciole chef prepares wonderful meals every day, his creations being based on French food with a European twist. The wine selection is rich and varied, chosen to compliment the menus, with vintages from Burgundy and further afield such as Savigny-les-Beaune, Nuits St. Georges, Santenay, Chablis, St Bris. Likewise their cheese courses. Enjoy the favourites and sample the new, such as Roquefort, Epoisses, Cantal, Reblechon, Delice de Bourgogne and many more.

    Roquefort Soufflés on a Bed of Rocket with a Homemade Sweet Chilli Jam

    Main:
    Magret of Duck with Red Onion Marmalade and a Fresh Cèpe Mushroom Sauce
    Potato Dauphinoise
    Buttered French Green Beans

    Wine: Lassarat Saint Veran

    Cheese:
    Rouy, Tomme de Savoie, Saint-Maure

    Dessert:
    Apple and Marzipan Tartlets
    served with Crème Anglais and Rich Vanilla Ice Cream
