The wine selection is rich and varied, chosen to compliment the menus, with vintages from Burgundy and further afield
such as Savigny-les-Beaune, Nuits St. Georges, Santenay, Chablis, St Bris. Likewise their cheese courses. Enjoy the favourites
and sample the new, such as Roquefort, Epoisses, Cantal, Reblechon, Delice de Bourgogne and many more.
