A WORD ON CHEESES…
We choose our cheeses each week from a real
cheese shop (not a supermarket or a cash and
carry!!). The choice depends upon the season
and which cheeses are at their peak that particular
week - there are over 500 to choose
from! Please let us know if you prefer certain
cheeses or styles of cheese during your cruise
and we’ll be delighted to cater to your preferences.

A WORD ON WINES…
All of the wines on the Papillon are bought in person by us
from small vineyards which are usually family run. Normally
we pride ourselves in serving only Burgundys - however when
we cruise into other regions we make sure to include those as
well. Some of our favourite wines come from the following
villages; Givry, Santenay, Mercury, Ladoix, Aloxe-Corton,
Volnay, Pommard, Chablis, Sancerre, Pouilly-Fuisse.
