Most produce used on the barge is organic (even the luxury bath products) or are sourced freshly from local farmers’ markets. Each morning your breath will be taken away by the wonderful, freshly-baked authentic Irish treats that are put before you such as soda bread, lemon curd pie, waffles and scones.
